NEW ISTANCE REQUIREMENTS

As of 20.05 Big amount of instances entry player requirement has been changed as follows:
Instance Zone -------------> old requirement -----------> new requirement
WHICH MEANS ! that we are most probably gonna try(and actually do) enter in Beleth instance zone.
